We accompany nurses to all important appointments.

We also provide guidance for family reunification when needed.

Everyday Orientation

We show nurses how daily life works in Germany.
This includes public transport, shopping, cultural differences and waste separation – up to local activities and events.
Our goal is to help every nurse arrive safely and feel confident in their new environment.

Personal Guidance

We stay present and approachable.
We support nurses during appointments, explain procedures clearly and are always available for questions or concerns.
For both employers and candidates, we remain continuously reachable.

Social Integration

We bring people together.
Through our regular MYC Meet-Ups, we create a space for exchange, making friends and learning together – also to support ongoing language development.
In addition, we connect nurses with local clubs, communities and networks to build a stable social environment.
