Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most important questions about our recruitment process

The duration varies depending on the individual situation, but on average the process takes around 6 months from the first contact until arrival in Germany. The accelerated skilled worker procedure (§81a) can shorten the processing time to around 4–5 months.

The costs depend on the chosen service package (Essential, Essential Plus, or Premium). We are happy to provide an individual offer based on your needs. For nursing professionals, our recruitment services are completely free of charge.

For the fast-track procedure under §81a of the Residence Act, a B1 level of German is generally sufficient to start the process and obtain the visa. For full professional recognition in Germany, however, a B2 level is required. To ensure full reliability for employers, MYC Recruitment supports all candidates in their home country in reaching B2 level before the recognition process in Germany is completed.

The accelerated skilled worker procedure allows for faster processing of all required steps for the immigration of qualified professionals. We coordinate the process with all relevant authorities (immigration office, Federal Employment Agency, embassy) and handle it under power of attorney, ensuring legal and transparent management.

Each service package includes full integration support: airport pickup, assistance with registration, bank accounts, insurance, and housing. We help with moving in, setting up utilities, and offer cultural orientation. Our personal support lasts 14 days (Essential Plus) or up to 8 weeks (Premium).
We conduct a thorough matching process and organize interviews so you can get to know each candidate personally. You decide whether you’d like to work with them. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll find an alternative solution together.
We work with qualified nursing professionals from various countries, especially from outside the European Union. What matters most are recognized qualifications, solid German language skills, and strong motivation for a long-term career in Germany.
We carefully review all educa/onal documents, conduct several structured interviews, and assess language skills, professional competence, and personal suitability. After the employer has selected a candidate, we ini/ate the professional recognition process with the responsible state authority and guide it up to the issuance of the deficit nojce.
