Language Competence
All candidates arrive with a certified B2 German language level. Before deployment, we check qualifications and diplomas in cooperation with licensed recognition specialists. If additional documents are needed for recognition or employment approval, we ensure they are prepared before arrival.
Administrative Process Management
We rely exclusively on compliant procedures under the German Skilled Immigration Act (§81a). We coordinate the qualification checks required for the recognition process in parallel with visa preparation. This approach enables a legally secure arrival within approximately 3–4 months.
Integration & Ongoing Support
We support every nurse personally: during government appointments, administrative steps, relocation, and orientation in daily life. We also assist with family reunification when needed. Through our recurring MYC Meet-Ups, we create opportunities for exchange, learning, and community building.
